IV access / blood draws / straight sticks / Splinting sprains and fractures by having another person stabilize the limb, then
apply wrapping as appropriate to the limb, placing the fiberglass to the shape needed for the specific fracture/splint and then
placing ace wraps around the fiberglass to hold it in place (the fiberglass takes about 5 minutes to harden completely)
