Boom/Slewing
Boom: it offers powerful lifting performance, is suited to a wide range
of operating modes, and features smooth boom retraction movements.
Slewing: slewing movements feature excellent smoothness and inching
performance, making the crane ideal for use in various hoisting operations that
require precise positioning.

Cruciform cross section and adoption of Class HG80 high-strength steel material;
Large outrigger span, excellent overall structural rigidity, and optimized overall mass distribution;
In order to fully realize the boom's potential, the boom structure has been optimized using the ANSYS finite
element analysis technique;
Industry-leading boom manufacturing techniques. In the building of our cranes, we use imported 3000T boom
bending machines from Sweden, industry-leading head-end butt joint dies and boom straightening machines,
advanced specialized boom double-side boring machines and three-coordinate plotting measures;
We offer a wide range of operating modes to choose from. Our vehicles' outriggers can be used in a semi-
extended operating mode that allows the boom to retract freely, i.e. the third, fourth and fifth sections can
extend before the second section;
We also offer an embedded slider design and have adopted automatic sliding compensation technology.

We have adopted controllable slip-turn technology, similar to the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), for our
slewing brake;
A large-diameter external geared slewing bearing is used to increase carrying capacity and to enhance the
smoothness and maintainability of slewing;
A high-performance 28 clino-axis slewing motor is employed, featuring small size and high volumetric
efficiency. When working together with the new slewing speed reducer, it increases slewing smoothness and
the service life of the transmission system;

Luffing/Lifting
Luffing: high efficiency and stable movements.
Lifting: high efficiency, long service life, and stable movements.

Luffing movements are fast, with only 40 seconds needed to elevate the boom;
A large-diameter luffing oil cylinder is used, the diameter of which is 240mm;
A lowered power design has been used for the luffing hydraulic system.

The single rope speed of the main winch is 120m/min, and the single rope speed of the auxiliary winch is 100m/min;
Top-quality 4V wire ropes have been incorporated that are twisting and wear resistant;
A concealed dual-range winch has been adopted to deliver more effective rope guidance;
Both the main and auxiliary winches use variable displacement motors to guarantee high operating efficiency
and improved versatility of parts and components;
The hydraulic system and flowrate matching of valve parts have been comprehensively optimized.

Electrical System
Hydraulic system: the industry-leading high-tech hydraulic system makes the execution of each

Open-type and hydraulic proportional pilot control, proportional speed governing system;
The hydraulic oil tank's discharge oil filter is equipped with a clogging alarm to promptly alert the operator

source is independent of other oil sources;
The main valve incorporates advanced control technologies such as after-valve compensation, load feedback,
and flow diverting and converging, etc;
Each working system is equipped with a high-performance balance valve to effectively control the smoothness
of lowering movements.

Our vehicles have adopted a single wire system, with 24V power supply and negative ground;
A hoisting limiter, anti-over-release device, load moment limiter, and frontal operating area detection have been
installed to comprehensively ensure operational safety;
The all new optimized data computing model, which Zoomlion possesses the intellectual property rights for,
controls the lifting weight data within an error margin of ± 5%;
The one-touch data deviation calibration technology, which is based on a patent design, can allow for poise-free
correction without requiring online debugging by professional staff;
Our vehicle also comes equipped with a system for determining common errors that allows for fast indexing
and easy repairs;
We use the well-known international brands of pressure sensors that are equipped with all-tantalum chips to
provide high reliability;

Power System
Power system: based on scientific experimental researches conducted jointly with a
state-level power transmission lab, Zoomlion utilizes optimum power combinations in
its "Weifeng" series to deliver an energy consumption reduction of more than ten
percent greater torque, more stable shifting, and stronger power.

Designed with European technology, the WP7/WP10 engine allows customers to achieve different pursuits;
Built with the US Fuller technologies, the mechanical 8-gear transmission comes equipped with a synchronizer in
the main and auxiliary boxes and in the face gear output;
Hande axles;
A large-capacity vertical muffler effectively reduces exhaust resistance, saves fuel oil, reduces noise, and
is more environmentally friendly;
A large-capacity aluminum alloy oil tank and a double oil-water separation device are used to effectively improve
the overall cleanliness of the fuel oil system, to reduce maintenance and servicing costs, and to extend the
engine's service life;
A desert-class air filter is available, enabling the vehicle to easily withstand harsh operating conditions in
dusty and desert areas.

Chassis
Chassis: a high-performance three-axle dedicated chassis, high-strength frame,
safe and reliable steering and braking systems, and ubiquitous user-friendly
designs provide you with an ease of mind while driving.

The combined application of three different steering technologies, i.e. the bypass diverting steering oil pump,
the steering angle drive gear and the limit unloading steering gear, help significantly enhance the reliability
and safety of the steering system;
The new multifunctional outrigger lights can effectively improve the overall safety of the vehicle during
nighttime operations;
An advanced dish-type braking system has been equipped to improve the braking performance of the vehicle;
Engine auxiliary braking technology has been used to effectively reduce wear on wheel brake parts and
maintain effective heat dissipation, and to help reduce the driver's fatigue during the braking process;
An integrated electric control box design has been used for improved reliability of the electrical system
and to allow for easier maintenance, inspection and repair;
The chassis pipes and cables are properly arranged to allow for easier inspection and repair, and to
improve the overall appearance of the vehicle;
We have incorporated a more durable LED cold light source into our side marker lights to increase
their service life by 20%.
