Experience Required 6 -8 Years Quality: Should have around 6 to 8 years of experience, must have been exposed to Management Systems (such as IMS En MS, API, SLSI) , time and motion study and related men and machine process and output enhancement. Primary Responsibility : 1. To implement , update and monitor Management Systems incld., ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , ISO 45001, ISO 50001, API Spec Q1, API Spec 10 A , PAT Scheme, Energy Audits, Awards, Analytical assignments. 2. To study and improve the productivity of plant and also handle Employee involvement schemes like TPM , SGA, suggestion 3. Support in Environmental monitoring , measurements, Compliances and Liasoning. Operational Responsibility: Responsible for implementing and updating of integrated management system( IS/ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001) Responsible for implementing and updating of API Spec Q1 (American Petroleum Institute QMS) Coordinate For API Spec 10 A Product Standard Responsible for implementing and updating of IS/ISO 50001:2011 Energy Management System Coordinate SLSI Audit for Product Standard SLS 107:2015 Coordinate Procurement of ASTM Standards Applicable for C114 as per 10A Responsible for Providing internal training for QMS,EMS,OHSMS, En MS & API Spec Q1 Responsible for carrying Out EI Schemes incld., Suggestion Scheme , Good Work Award etc., Responsible for carrying out work study , process study , Manpower study & method study Responsible for carrying out improvement of TAT for Cement Vehicles & Containers Responsible for preparing the questionnaires for Awards. Responsible for Coordinating Alternative Fuels & Raw material consumption and reporting Responsible for Coordinating and Carrying out 5S & Housekeeping of the plant. Responsible for Shutdown Monitoring and Reporting Responsible for Coordinating Productivity Week, World Environment Day Activities. Responsible for Coordinating the energy audits by external agencies like CII & NCCBM Responsible for Compilation of Data and communication to HO as required Coordinate and compile data for PAT Compliances and co-ordinate the M&V audit Safety Observations Audit points entry every week in the Safety portal as part of SOA Team Support in Environmental Monitoring , Measurement and Liasoning with Statutory agencies for Consents/Approvals/Authorization. Implementation of time to time Statutory Consent Compliance points.
