1. Use one INSPECTION SHEET for each machine.
On the cover of the INSPECTION SHEET, enter the Base Information.
2. There are two types of INSPECTION SHEET, Check Sheet and Accumulative Result Sheet.
- Check Sheet is to be used when performing Pm-CLINIC service inspection.
- Accumulative result Sheet is to be used for the history.
3. Refer to section of Testing and Adjusting in the Shop Manual for inspection procedure.
