3. Neck extensors on ground: hold the stretch for 5 seconds relax 5 seconds do 10 reps

Flat Back (no curve in lower spine, posterior pelvic tilt)


1. Hamstrings on ball: contract for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds x 3 reps
2. 90/90 stretch for the glutes: contract for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds x 3 reps
3. Abdominal stretch over the ball: contract for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds x 3 reps

(excessive lumbar curve, anterior pelvic tilt)


1. Hip flexor/psoas stretch: contract for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds x 3 reps
2. Lumbar erectors squat stretch: contract for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds x 3 reps
QL stretch over the ball: contract for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds x 3 reps
