    FACTS:
    The UNION OF FILIPRO EMPLOYEES (UFE) filed a complaint for the exclusion of
    sales personnel from the holiday pay award and the change of the divisor in the
    computation of benefits from 251 to 261 days.
    ISSUE:
    Would there be overpayment of overtime and night differential pay and sick and
    vacation leave benefits for using 251 as divisor?
