Greeting in Canada

They do not accustom to greet each other by being introduced to someone. It is not badly seen
to play lightly on the other person's man during a conversation. It is not customary to hug or kiss
when greeting. And at the time of filing, in Canada the first and last name are used at the end.
If you are introduced to an older person, you should refer to this person by their last name
followed by the courtesy title: Ms., Mrs., Mr., or Dr. For example: "Hello Mr. Martin. I am very
pleased to meet you. My name is Yuri. "An Informal Greeting:" Hi Thomas. How are you? "

And if you are in a family home, Canadian families are usually not as effusive in greeting, so do
not be disappointed or sad if your host family is not very excited when you arrive or in the
greeting. In most homes, shoes are removed when entering the house. And if you want to
smoke, here is becoming less popular and is not allowed to do it inside most public buildings.
Many families do not allow smoking inside their homes.

In Canada everyone has the same right and respect, regardless of race or religion. Any racist
comments are very badly seen.
