Job Title Training Section Head


Section/Department: HR Division

Job Objective

Plan and excite all company training programs


Supervise training staff and interface with all levels of management
regarding training requirements.

Major Responsibilities & Duties

1. Search training suppliers, signed a contract with the partners at the


company.
2. Contact trainer to determine the location, time, facilities of the training.
3. Making training Plans and send to training manager of approval and sent
to all departments concerned.
4. Organize the training include: review the list of participants, distribution
of materials and training, monitor trainee in training, support trainer in
training (In case of Internal Training).
5. Make training list for employees to sign, take back training documents.
6. Contact Managers to build up schedule for training.
7. Manage training materials According to the Arabize system.
8. Photo, distribution, management of training materials.
9. Backup, check training materials periodically.
10. Manage the training records of the company.
11. Assist in conducting employee skill evaluations.
12. Ensure training programs are aligned with company programs.
13. Other work to fulfill training program.
14. Develop and implement strategy for staff training and development
15. Cooperate with Department managers to understand all necessary
training aspects needs for staff training and development, and to ensure
they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives
16. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary
aspects of staff training and development
17. Manage and control departmental training requirements within agreed
budgets.
18. Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs,
or manage this activity via external provider(s).
19. Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies,
agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to
appropriate standards.
20. Organize training venues, transport, accommodation as required to
achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
21. Monitor, measure and report on staff training and achievements within
agreed formats and timescales
22. Keep records of all training made by the company (Internal or External
training)
23. Monitor and evaluate the external training providers and report to the
HR & Admin Director.
24. Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
25. Manage and develop direct reporting staff

Performance Standards – KPIs

 Implementing External Training Plan, within the approved budget.


 Implementing annual Internal Training Plan, as scheduled

Qualifications

1. University degree.
2. Computer literate, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
3. Knowledge and ability to use Internet tools to support training and
development and other HR requirements
4. Mature interpersonal style and clear communication
5. Supervisory skills
6. Strong communication skills

7. Work independently and within team environment

1. All training Providers

2. All Fund Providers
