2. Operation :
a. Checking VSWR
b. Availability trend, there has history intermittent alarm?
c. Alarm impacted services
d. All Alarm/issue highlighted should has TT number
e. Link Quality problem
3. Capacity :
a. Review capacity point of view in Radio, Transmission or Datacom
b. Radio capacity (eg. 3G : CE, Power, Code, DCH user, Etc 4G RRC License )
c. Transport Link congestion, upgrade plan, etc
4. Planning
a. Proposal planning not limited for add 4G colo, add sector or new sites, add carrier
(L2100/U2100) can be option as well
b. Ensure have strong justification and coverage distribution already optimum.
