Date: December 6th, 2017 Length of Lesson: 45 minutes

General General Outcome A


Learning Students will acquire skills through a variety of developmental appropriate movement
Outcomes activities; dance, games, individual activities and activities in an alternative environment.

Specific Basic Skills- Manipulative: Receiving, Retaining, and Sending


Leaning A6-5 – Demonstrate ways to receive, retain and send an object with increasing accuracy
Outcomes A6-6 – Consistently and confidently preform manipulative skills by using elements of body and
(S.L.O.) space awareness, effort and relationship.

Learning Students will:

(15 min.)  Introduce the learning objective for today sure they are focused on
 Introduce the Quote of the day technique

Introduce the movement dice

 The teacher will roll the dice and what ever it lands on is the
what the students have to do.
 The first roll (Doesn’t count) The teacher will demonstrate
what is expected so that they understand how they work
 3 rolls for warm up

Part 1 Introduce the game: Pin Dodge ball


(5-7 min)  Two teams • Observe to ensure
 3 pins each students are playing fair,
 The pins are placed on the foul line and extended foul lines being cooperative and
 This game is played like dodge ball but with a twist talking with each other.
 The point of the game is to get the other teams pins down
before your team’s pins get knocked down too.
Part 2 Game Play
(25 min)

Part 3 Clean up
(2 min)

Have the students walk around the gym completing 2 laps in partners
Closure (5 discussing the following:
