(REDIP/ TPPK) BRANCH PAMULANG, SOUTH TANGERANG, PROVINCE OF


BANTEN, INDONESIA

1. Regional Education Development And Improvement Program (REDIP)


adalah program Direktorat Pembinaan SMP, Kementerian Pendidikan Dan
Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan
melalui lima misi, yaitu :

2. Program REDIP diterapkan di Indonesia sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkakan
mutu pendidikan melalui perbaikan manajemen sekolah dan partisipasi masyarakat.
3. Program REDIP merupakan upaya memberi peluang kepada masyarakat (stakeholder)
berpartispasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pendidkan di suatu sekolah.
Masyarakat mempunyai kesempatan untuk berinisiatif dan berpartisipasi memikirkan ,
merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah, menganalisis situasi sekolah, menyusun
rencana, melaksanakan kegiatan dan mengevaluasi program sekolah.

Tujuan Program REDIP :

1. Meningkatkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama d Indonesia


sesuai dengan strategi dasar yaitu peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui perbaikan
manajemen berbasis sekolah dan disentralisasi pendidikan.
2. Mendorong masing-masing sekolah dan masyarakat untuk mengambil prakarsa dan
tanggungjawab meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan “
learning by doing”, sekolah dan masyarakat diharapkan menjadi pemangku
kepentingan (stakeholders) untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan
3. Mendukung dan membantu pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan
menerapkan model manajemen pendidikan dalam sistem desentralisasi pengelolaan
pendidikan yang sedang diimplemnetasikan di Indonesia.
4. Merupakan program stimulasi dengan bantuan dari Direktorat Pembinaan SMP bagi
penyelenggaraan pendidikan di daerah, maka diharapkan pemerintah daerah tingkat
provinsi atau kota dan masyarakat dapat memberikan kontribusi financial maupun
bukan financial bagi penyelnggaraan pendidikan di sekolah.
5. Program REDIP diharpakan dapat mentriger sekolah mengimplementasikan 8
(depalan) Standar Nasional Pendidikan sesuai dengan kemampuan sekolah

1. Regional Education Development And Improvement Program (REDIP) is a program of
the Directorate of SMP, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of
Indonesia in education through five missions, namely:

2. REDIP Program applied in Indonesia as one way to improved its quality of education
through improved school management and community participation.
3. REDIP program is an attempt to give an opportunity to the people (stakeholders)
participate in improving the quality of management education in a school. The public has
the opportunity to initiate and participate thinking, formulating the vision, mission, and
goals of the school, analyzing the school situation, plan, implement and evaluate the
activities of the school program.

REDIP Program Objectives:


1. Improve the implementation of junior high school education d Indonesia in accordance
with the basic strategy is to improve the quality of education through the improvement
of school-based management and centralized education.
2. Encourage each school and community to take initiative and responsibility for
improving the quality of education. Through a series of "learning by doing", the school
and the community is expected to become stakeholders (stakeholders) to improve the
quality of education
3. Support and help the government improve the quality of education by applying the
model of education management in a decentralized system of education that is being
implemented management in Indonesia.
4. Is a stimulation program with the help of the Directorate of SMP for the province of
education in the region, it is expected that the local government or the provincial level
cities and communities can provide financial and non-financial contributions to
implement the education in schools.
5. The program was expected to be able triggers REDIP schools implement 8 Standars in
accordance with The Education National Standards
