Types of artificial turf

D.1 General principles

The artificial surfaces must withstand rain and sunshine and the mantle should be
designed with the foundation, drainage is convenient.

Coating of artificial outdoor surfaces can drain water on the substrate without
slope design for drainage. Allows the slope design to be reduced due to reduced
permeability, due to blockage of the voids.

Most artificial turf surfaces are fixed with the chosen base material.

The hard surface must be elastic when subjected to strong shocks to the surface
of the yard. It is possible to use thick wooden boards, rubber or foam floors, or
pads, springs, etc. Harder materials, such as concrete, will deform very rarely with
impact. Materials can be combined to increase the elasticity of the pitch when
needed.

D.2 Concrete surface

The surface of the concrete yard is very hard, durable, water resistant, highly
bouncy and good slip resistance. Concrete surfaces should not be designed for
sports that require extensive physical contact, as there is a risk of injury from
abrasions or abrasions.

D.3 The surface is covered with macadam

Crushed rock cover includes bitumen, asphalt, asphalt, and polymer additives. This
surface is more rigid than concrete, durable, water resistant, with good slip
resistance and high elasticity. Color coatings that can be applied to the surface
can be related to friction properties.

D.4 Wood floor surface

The wooden deck surface consists of wooden surfaces as well as surfaces made of
composite panels such as plywood. Parquet can be supported by beams or planks,
with or without cushions or in molds directly on the concrete.

Wood is less rigid than concrete, durable and water resistant. Wood is highly elastic
when directly on concrete, elasticity varies with the type of wood. The surface of
the paved slab is on a beams or plywood with elasticity and good hardness.

The frictional force on the surface of the pavement is lower than the surface of the
concrete or atxphan but is sufficiently anti-slip. The frictional force will vary with
the method of surface treatment used (eg for filler material).

D.5 Composite surface

Materials used to make composite surfaces include cement, wood pellets, buffers
and adhesives. Used when the design requirements of the yard without joints,
construction on the spot or the production of blocks, panels in the ground.

The composite deck surface is stiffer than the wooden deck but has better
stability, water resistance and homogeneity on a large area. The slip resistance
will depend on how the surface is treated.
D.6 Carpet surface

The characteristics of the mat surface depend on material and structure, durability,
water resistance, porosity and friction. The surface of the rug is more durable than
the surface of concrete, atxphan, composite or wood, and has lower elasticity.

D.7 Polymer courtyard

The sports court surface can be covered with different layers of polymer. A large
number of coats are stiffer but softer than concrete, atxphan, composite or wood.

The polymer surface is elastic, durable, friction-resistant, water-resistant and some

are water-repellent. This pre-made material is made of either a sheet or a plank
material and then covered or bonded to a substrate that is processed locally from
dry or poured as a liquid and cast in place.
