JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

As HSE officer responsibilities for implementation of safety at site.

 Preparation of EHS monthly Plans with training schedule as per

requirements.
 Preparation of EHS monthly Compliance report.
 Preparing quantitative risk assessment, job safety analysis
through HIRA/ERA methods as per task on all project activities.
 Preparation of Emergency Preparedness Plan as per project
specific requirements.
 Monthly conducted Site Safety Audit.
 Facilitating implementation of statuary environmental policies
relevant to the project. Conducting Training Programmes on EHS
systems and procedures.
 Carrying out accident, near-misses’ investigation for root causes
and analysis to recommending preventive measures.
 Carrying out daily EHS inspection and follow-up for compliance
and implementation.
 Reviewing and up-dating the legal register.
 To guide workers and execution team to eliminate unsafe
physical conditions and unsafe action of the workers and to

crane safety, permit to work, scaffolding basic training and
scaffolding inspector training etc.

with auditor.
