The manufacturer should notice the Agent, EPC and Owner at least two weeks ago to attend the test. If the Agent, EPC and Owner could not attend the test on
time, the manufacturer should arrange other time to do the test. Each arrangement time should over one week to make sure an adequate negotiation. If the Agent, EPC
and Owner could not make an agreement on test time, the manufacturer has the right to do the test alone. And the Agent, EPC and Owner should approve the
manufacturer’s test result.
The factory delivery inspection report is taken as final, if the supervision & test report has conflicts with factory delivery inspection report.
