My PERT/CPM and Project Schedule outcome lies on the Road Construction
along Limot Village, Tubod Lanao Del Norte. The project schedule is achieved as per scheduled and actual work while that of Pert/Cpm is I based it on the scheduled in its specific durations (per days).
To sum up the details of my PERT/CPM, it consist of EVENTS indicated as
ABC…, ACTIVITIES in connection to its specific work descriptions, A NETWORK which serves as my flow diagram, DUMMY for those two or more works take place between the same two events, CRITICAL ACTIVITY for my work that has no leeway or spare time available and CRITICAL PATH which also indicates the specific works that has the longest time duration. In addition, I also included the Early Start, Early Finish, Late Start and Late Finish providing its specific work duration to determine each of them.
Scheduled and Actual Work is for my PROJECT SCHEDULE, i accomplished
my Scheduled Work through calculation in accordance to standard estimate of materials and labors which starts from the month of January till the 2nd week of April ( 3.2 months/ 14 weeks) including its scheduled accomplishment graph. My Actual is just given so I just did some calculations to achieve the actual accomplishments which also include the actual accomplishment graph. The both graphs represents the comparison of the scheduled and actual whether its Early or Behind.
Overall, project scheduling is an interesting task to do. It requires us
patience, precise calculations and it brings you a lot of learning on its way. It able us to communicate the work needs to be performed, the resources that will perform the work and the timeframes in which work need to be performed. In short, it allows us to reflect all of the work associated with delivering the project/task on time.
