FRUIT: cantaloupe, blueberries, huckleberries, mulberries, pineapple juice, lemons

VEGETABLES: broccoli, spinach, carrots, green peas, sweet potatoes

GRAINS: popcorn, kamut, buckwheat, whole rye, wild rice

PROTEIN FOODS: beef, chicken, bison, almonds, tofu

DAIRY: milk, lassi, soy milk, brie, Gouda

OILS: canola, soybean, safflower, olive

2. How many servings of each food group is recommended?

FRUIT: 2 cups

VEGETABLES: 3 cups
