Prepare the following:

Medical Support Group 1. Ambubag

2. Oxygen supply
3. First-aid kit
Wear PPE (respirator, gloves)

Medical Support Lead Notify ESV driver for ESV to be on

standby

ESV Driver If ESV is not available, contact Red

Cross for medical responders

Medical Support Group Move to the designated safe location

Assess victim/s and provide medical

Medical Support Group attention

Remove clothing. Assessment of Is/Are the
Medical Support Group the victim/s’ (vital signs) victim/s
conscious?

Medical Support Group Provide first-aid treatment, if NO

needed

Remove clothing. Assess victims’ conditions

based on Triage Categories (for multiple
victims).

Provide oxygen support and Keep victim lying down with a blanket or coat to
