Who am I?I am Wiwid apriani,a college student at State University of

Padang,English Department.I am 19 years old.I was born in Padang but I come from
Pessel district.I am a girl who try to achieving my dreams in the future,try to be
better and try to making different life from before.However,I am only a girl from
unpretentious family,my father is a farmer and my mom is a housewife.Because of
it,I am a common girl who getting scholarship from Government to going to
University.So I have responsibility to my life and government for doing the best at
my education,then for achieve my dreams and to make my parents proud of me.
Being a college at English Department I need to learning about English
lesson.So this semester,I am getting a lesson about Listening course.Listening is
important lesson at English Major.Listening have purpose to training our hearing
skill,because of it I need to take listening lesson.Listening course help us to
understand about what the people said and talk it.I can do that at audio English,talk
show,science and every things in English.
Last semester I has pass listening 1.In listening 1,I get B in my listening
class.B is enough for me, but is not make me satisfied,because this semester I want
to get A or get be better than last semester to the next.I think get it need to study
hard and change my mind to be better again.
For listening 2 I have some strategies to learn listening course.
1.at home I watch video about talk show,speech and listening English song to
training my hear skill,so it can make me easier to understood listening.
2.I also often watch movies in English without subtitle Indonesia,it make me
understood what the film about.
3.When the test I try to look for tips how to doing TOEFL on the Internet and read in
the books,it can give me guide before I do a test.
This above is my strategies to learn listening course,now I have been apply it at
my life and I hope I can do the at listening course to the future.I hope my listening
can be better later.
