A CRISIS IS THE REAL TEST OF LEADERSHIP

The nature of Mother Earth encompasses cooperation among its living species. An interaction
for the mutual benefit is vital to our existence. We humans, the crown of creation, are the
supreme manifestation of this eternal reality. But, we, being so much more than this, are
individuals with distinguished traits, values and interpretations. Our emotions and our minds
lead us to different fate and destinies.
We are souls, existing with imperfections, making false assumptions, trying for solutions, just
to create bigger problems. We refute each other on propositions, admire our own decisions
and misjudge our conditions. Some of us are wrong, some are less wrong than others while
some are divinely guided towards humanity by the Lord.
We don’t admit this truth for ourselves. We become demons when we consider our own
perspectives to be the ultimate truth. When we begin to impose our own selfish motives on
those who disagree. We create crisis to diversity when we chain objective voices, we create
crisis to law when we subjugate justified rights, we create crisis to humanity when we wage
brutal wars. We become creators of all this chaos, considering ourselves to be the
omnipotent.
In such state of affairs, nature makes its move. It brings a revival of thought, an inception of
idea, a beacon of unity, a source of mutualism and an advent of a new struggle against
injustice. Not a lone-wolf, not an alpha-male, but a leader of the hearts of his people emerges
on the horizon, whose abilities are unmatched, whose sight surpasses skies and whose voice
shatters the mountains. In such crisis, a leader rises to write history, to eradicate threats to
his nation and to ensure justice for the people. And it is this time of zero-hour which
generates hope for victory and light for survival. All this sums up to one sentence:

Crisis is the real test of leadership.
