GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Application 9. Returned products

These general sales conditions apply to all order confirmations sent by Caccaro to own Customers for the sale of products included in this price list in response to specific demands of own Customers The Customer may return the purchased products only with prior written approval of Caccaro.

5. Products The transfer of ownership of the products delivered by Caccaro to the Customer shall take place once Caccaro receives full payment of the amount due by the Customer. If the Customer sells the
products to a third party prior to paying Caccaro, the credit arising thereof is assigned to Caccaro.

All information, sizes, descriptions or data regarding the products of the price list or various advertising materials of Caccaro are approximate as they are subject to reasonable tolerances.
Once the order confirmation is sent, Caccaro may make any technical and constructive modifications to the products that it deems necessary without altering their essential characteristics and overall
quality, in terms of aesthetics or functionality.
Caccaro cannot guarantee the uniformity of veins and colours of wood essences when combining different products. 13. Force Majeure

6. Delivery Times

7. Transportation
In case of carriage paid transportation, Caccaro shall assign the shipment of the products to reliable persons or companies. In any case, Caccaro is not bound to provide any porterage services or bear
warehouse costs for the Customer.
Caccaro does not accept any returned packages or costs related to their disposal, as the Customer is responsible for these tasks.
Upon receipt of the products, the Customer must verify the number of items and the condition of the packages and make any reservations to the carrier in the transportation document. In order to be 17. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
effective, reservations must be notified to Caccaro within the final term of 2 business days after delivery. Contracts regulated by these General Sales Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute between the parties shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Padua.
8. Complaints
Any complaints that do not concern transportation such as differences in products with respect to those specified in the order confirmation, as well as evident flaws or defects of products, must be
reported by the Customer to Caccaro within 8 days after receipt of the goods.
Differences in tones and wood grains cannot be subject to complaints.
Beyond said term (2 days for transportation - 8 days for evident defects), the Customer may no longer raise any complaint. Likewise, the Customer may not raise complaints in case of: carelessness or
incompetence in handling the products, poor preservation or maintenance, normal wear and tear or deterioration or negligence or unskilfulness on the part of the Customer.
After ascertaining the grounds for complaints, including those associated with the quality of transportation, Caccaro reserves the right to replace the products under warranty with expressed exclusion
of any additional claims on the part of the Customer.
