My professional goals include continuing to work in critical care upon graduating from the Acute Care Nurse
Objective Practitioner program at Wright State University. As a registered nurse I have always worked in acute/critical
care; I completed a critical care internship at Miami Valley Hospital in 2011 (Level I trauma center) and was
given the opportunity to work on the trauma unit for four years. As I change my professional role from RN to
ACNP, I look forward to new challenges and opportunities to contribute to my future career as an acute care
nurse practitioner.
