Materials for China Quarantine,

Custom and Immigration

1. China airports need us to provide GD, CL and DF, and each paper must be signed and

stamped. Signature and stamp must be in the same place.

2. Taiwanese is not allowed use passport, they must use Mainland travel permit for Taiwan

residents, and their Nationality must be Chinese.

3. You can provide them directly to the crew before they leave from PNH. You can also send

them to the REP ground station to print them.

4. The files name must be specified in the following format before you send them to

ground station.

1) GD QD701 REP-HIA 6 copies

2) GD QD702 HIA-REP 10 copies

3) CL QD701 REP-HIA 6 copies

4) CL QD702 HIA-REP 6 copies

5) DF QD701 REP-HIA 6 copies

6) DF QD702 HIA-REP 6 copies

5. You must send the second segment GD to the china station before the first segment

takes off.
