This establishment was closed for presenting an imminent health hazard and the following violations:

1. There are both live and dead cockroaches in the establishment, including near the tortilla chip storage, in the mop
sink room, and dead cockroaches are present in the bar area.
2. Dead cockroaches have not been removed from the premises.
3. The person in charge is unable to demonstrate knowledge of the relationship between the prevention of foodborne
illness and maintaining the food establishment in clean condition, good repair, and how it relates to pest control.
4. There is not hot water available at the bar hand sink.
5. There is no soap at the bar hand sink.
6. There is no hand drying provision at the hand sink in the dish area or at the bar hand sink

36. The cover of the standing fan, the shelves near tortilla grill, drawer handles, & fan covers in walk-in cooler are dirty.
37. There is an accumulation of food debris in the reach in cooler.
38. Shelves in the walk-in cooler are unclean to sight and touch above uncovered food.
39. The can opener is unclean to sight and touch
40. The interior of the ice machine is unclean.
41. Surfaces are unclean around and in the soda dispenser nozzles.
42. Chemicals are stored above the 3-compartment sink.
43. Utility lines in the warewashing area are not sealed to the wall.
44. There is no certified food safety manager employed at the establishment.
