DIAGNOSTICO HALLAZGOS
Antecedente o presencia de:
Sangrado en la primera mitad del embarazo:
aborto, embarazo ectópico o molar.
Sangrado en la segunda mitad del embarazo: tapón
mucoso, placenta previa, desprendimiento
ANAMNESIS prematuro de placenta normoinserta (DPPNI),
rotura uterina.
Sangrado después del parto: atonía uterina,
retención de placenta o fragmentos, rotura uterina.
Infección sobreañadida: aborto no seguro o séptico,
corioamanionitis, pielonefritis
Pulso rápido y débil (110 por minuto o más);
Presión arterial baja (sistólica menor de 90 mm Hg)
Además se incluyen:
Palidez en conjuntivas, palma de las manos y peri
EXAMEN FISICO bucal.
Sudoración o piel fría y húmeda;
Respiración rápida de 30 o más por minuto;
Ansiedad, confusión o inconsciencia;
Oliguria de menos de 30 ml por hora.

Hemoglobina – Hematocrito
EXAMENES DE
TP – TTP – Plaquetas
LABORATORIO
Tipificación, Rh, pruebas cruzadas.
Prueba de coagulación junto a la cama.
