Good morning, My name is Selvi Rustiana. I am a midwife. I have been a midwife

since 1995. In 1999 I have finished the midwife program in Singkawang. The Program held a
year, because my last education was from SPK. When I became the first midwife, I was
placed at the rural area in Sungai Laur district. I worked in Puskesmas for two years. After
that I moved to Nanga Tayap district for a year.
In 2005, I tried to apply as a civil servant. Alhamdulillah I passed and accepted as a
civil servant in Ketapang. Then I got the job as a midwife at dr.Agoesdjam hospital in
Ketapang. I and my friends did the midwife services such as information regarding
pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and so on. All of my activity as a midwife was supervised
by dr. SpOG. In 2009, I continued the midwife academy in Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak. I
finished my study for 2.5 years and got the Diploma 3 in 2011. After that I came back to work
at dr.Agoesdjam hospital in Ketapang.
Now I live in Pontianak. I worked at Sultan Syarif Mohammad Alkadrie hospital from

6 March 2015. I moved to Pontianak because I followed my husband. I assigned as a
midwife manager. At that time, I was following the D4 Program. Insha Allah, this program will
be held for a year. I wish that I can finish my midwife study well and on time.

Good morning, My name is Selvi Rustiana. I was born on November 14 th 1980 in
Ketapang. My father’s name is H. Sinwan and my mother’s name is Hj. Rusina. They are my
parents that I love and respect. In Ketapang, I live at Jl. K.H Wahid Hasyim street Number
42. I am the first child of four siblings. My three siblings are men. My two brothers were
married and had children. My youngest brother studies in Muhammadiyah Pontianak
University.
I graduated my elementary school at SD 07 Ketapang in 1992. My Junior high school
at SMP 1 Ketapang was graduated in 1995. I graduated the SPK (Sekolah Perawat
KEsehatan) in 1998. Then I graduated my midwife study in Singkawang (Diploma degree).
Now I am continuing my midwife study in Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak.
I live in Pontianak now, because I followed my husband. My husband’s name is
Supardiono, MM., MT. He is a nice and wise husband. He loves me and our children. I live at
Jl. Parit H Husein 2, Paris Royal Residence No. C9. My husband’s job is an entrepreneur
and My job is a midwife. I am a civil servant at Sultan Syarif Mohammad Alkadrie hospital. I
have worked as a midewife at Puskesmas in Sungai Laur and Nanga Tayap district.
Furthermore, I have worked at dr.Agoesdjam hospital in Ketapang for ten years. I have four
children (2 daughters and 2 sons). My oldest daughter studies at Muhammadiyah Senior
High School. My second son studies at Al-Azhar Elementary School. My third daughter is 4
years old and my youngest son is 2,5 years old.
