Warm Greetings!

It is with great enthusiasm and excitement to convey my interest in applying for the Psychologist
III position advertised by your remarkable and noteworthy institution, the Department of Social
Welfare & Development.

In the past 6 years, I have been working as a Guidance Counselor; extending my services to
Junior High School students in an Island of Samar for two years and three months, college
students of Eastern Visayas Main Campus for three years, currently working as a Humanities &
Social Science teacher in the Senior High School Curriculum and designated as School Guidance
Coordinator under the Department of Education, Leyte Division.

Along with these years of service in the counselling profession, I have as well taught psychology
in a private school for one (1) year after graduating from college and in the university as my way
of inspiring young people to value mental health, emotional wellness, freedom from stress &
depression, effects of drugs to our brain system and all the rest in psychology. All of these work
opportunities gave me a rich experience to work with various clienteles. My recent work has
included interventions such as psychometric testing, counseling, behavior modification and
mediation for student clientele, faculty and outside clients availing our testing services for their
recruitment process.

My formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in Samar State


University. I humbly graduated Magna Cum Laude of our batch, on March 25, 2010, through my
dedication & passion in psychology. I have already acquired 30 units in my Master’s degree in
Education specializing in Guidance & Counseling.

Furthermore, I am an affiliate member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines and


member of the Psychological Resource Center Cebu. At present time, I am gearing up in taking
the Psychometrician Board Examination. I am a Civil Service Professional & a Licensed
Professional Teacher. I am an advocate of Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children which
was the concentration of my undergraduate thesis entitled “Factors affecting Battered
Women’s Decision in Leaving an Abusive Relationship”.

With all these sincere intention to serve as a Psychologist, I have attached my Personal Data

I am writing to show my eager intention to apply as Administrative Assistant III which was

I am a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management in Saint Mary’s College of


Catbalogan. My training in management and on-the-job training during college molded me
to become work efficient, flexible and able to meet daily targets and deadlines. Both my
educational training as a Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate and work immersion
provided me good human relation skills and good communication ability. I can relate and
adjust well with people which was basically an essential trait every employee should have to
become happy and productive at work.

As to my work history, I was hired as an Accounting Staff at Dunkin Donut, Regional Office.
Also, I have worked in Centro Catbalogan as a Sales Associate, where I work with all types of

I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in Samar College of Catbalogan. My


training in on-the-job training during college molded me to become work efficient, and
flexible in every activity/work that should be completed. I had my OJT IN Mactan Cebu
International Airport and in Philippine Information Agency as an Office Assistance. The
mention trainings help me to enhanced my good human relation skills and good
communication ability. I can relate and adjust well with people which was basically an
essential trait every employee should have to become happy and productive at work.

As to my work history, I was hired as an Sales Clerk in NVJS Corporation and J & C Lucky 99
Store, which improve me more in communicating and human relation. I also experience
computing (make receipt) manually and inventory in my assign task. And also, I experience
being a houseparent of 4 children’s in my sister house.
