together with the buildings and/or improvements thereon.

The DONOR do hereby state for the purpose of giving effect to this
donation that they have reserved unto themselves sufficient property to
support them in a manner appropriate to their station.

ACCEPTANCE

The DONEE do hereby accept the foregoing donation of the real

property above-described, together with the buildings and/or improvements
thereon from herein DONOR and for which they express their sincere
appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the
DONORS.
