Position: Contracts Manager

Qualification: B.E / B. Tech

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Prime Responsibilities:

 Ability to interpret ITB and raise queries / clarifications to protect our interests.
 Assessment of commercial / contractual implications.
 Contractual opinions.
 Identification of Liabilities/Risks and mitigation of the same.
 Taxation.
 Key Competencies :
 Participation in the Contract review, client interaction, etc. at tendering stage.
 Understanding of Consortium Contract handling at tendering and execution stage.
 Change order management
 Experience of drafting/handling Agreements / Contracts
 Experience in change orders and EOT/claims
 Contract Administration
 Skills:
 FIDIC / IChemE Contracts
 Exposure to a Law course
