African Dream Gel
Assists with sleep and stressful situations.

Contains:

• African Griffonia extract (5-HTP). 5-hydroxytryptophan, is the immediate precursor of serotonin. Low levels
of serotonin are associated with sleep problems, depression, anxiety, compulsive disorders (including eating
disorders), restless leg syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, and low pain threshold. Many people that are
afflicted with one of those conditions often have others, which has led some researchers to label them
collectively as "Low Serotonin Syndrome".

• Passionflower was used in traditional remedies as a "calming" herb for anxiety, insomnia, seizures, and
hysteria. During the early twentieth century, this herb was included in many over-the-counter sedatives and
sleep aids. In Germany passionflower is available as an over-the-counter sedative (in combination with other
calming herbs such as valerian and lemon balm). It is also used in German homeopathic medicine to treat
pain, insomnia, and nervous restlessness. Today, professional herbalists use passionflower to help treat
insomnia, tension, and other health problems related to anxiety and nervousness.

• Sceletium is being used successfully by a number of psychiatrists, psychologists and doctors with excellent
results for anxiety states and mild to moderate depression; and they can also be used by the lay public as
supplements to elevate mood and for stress and tension. In addition to Sceletium's common use for the
stress and mental fatigue of modern industrial living, Sceletium has been used as a natural supplement in:

1. Low mood, including grey weather syndrome

2. Anxiety states, including social phobia
3. Irritability in menopause
4. Improvement in libido, when lack of libido is from anxiety or low mood
5. Post-traumatic stress disorder, as part of a support program

• Valerian is a popular treatment alternative to benzodiazepines (such as diazepam and alprazolam) and other
commonly prescribed medications for sleep problems because it is considered to be both safe and gentle. In
studies of animals and people, valerian has demonstrated mild sedative and tranquilizing activity, as well as
the ability to relieve anxiety. Generally, studies have shown that valerian reduces the time it takes to fall
asleep and improves the quality of sleep itself. Plus, unlike many prescription sleep aids, valerian may have
fewer after effects the next day, such as morning drowsiness. In addition, although not studied scientifically,
some experts use valerian for sleep disturbances related to feelings of depression.
Immuno gel
A powerful immune system booster with anti viral properties.

Contains:

• Astragalus is used for its immune enhancing properties, especially for the prevention and treatment of the
common cold and chronic hepatitis. In the United States, astragalus has been investigated as a possible
treatment for patients whose immune systems have been compromised by chemotherapy or radiation.
Astragalus supplements have been shown to speed recovery and extend life expectancy in these patients.
Research regarding the use of astragalus in people with AIDS has produced intriguing but inconclusive
results. Recent research in China indicates that astragalus may offer antioxidant benefits in people with
severe forms of heart disease, relieving symptoms and improving heart function. Because astragalus has
many potential applications and few, if any, side effects, it holds promise as an alternative treatment option.

• Olive leaf extract is classed as an “alternative” herbal remedy but has shown to be helpful in the treatment of
the common cold, flu, cold sores (herpes), ear infections, eye infections, nose and throat infections,
impetigo, pink eye, parasites, and a host of bacterial, viral and fungal infections. The main constituent of olive
leaf is the phytochemical oleuropein, which is then broken down to elenolic acid after the selective addition
of sodium chloride (also referred to as ‘brining’ in ancient Greek text). Elenolic acid has shown to have a
powerful anti-bacterial effect and appears to have the ability to interfere with critical amino acid production
essential for viruses’ replication.

• African potato plant remedy is high in sterols and sterolins; natural immune-boosting substances that have
yielded an important breakthrough in the fight against arthritis and cancer. Since they also increase the
body's natural resistance to disease, African Potato has given fresh hope to treatment of other illnesses from
the common cold to cancer. Further research on the plant extract has shown that the new remedy appears
to alert the immune system to produce more C.D4 - T cells, lymphocytes which are then made available to
destroy invading viruses and bacteria which cause bodily harm.

• Melissa strong antiviral and antibacterial properties have been proven to treat herpes and cold sores, colds
and flu, viral and bacterial infections and urinary tract infections. With antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory
qualities, Lemon Balm acts to relieve pain in menstrual problems (cramps), muscle spasms, headaches,
Arthritic and joint pain, Fibromyalgia and soreness associated with exercise. Chronic Fatigue sufferers can
benefit from its antioxidant, detoxicant, immuno-stimulant and health-promoting properties.

• Lemongrass is shown to be antimicrobial, antiseptic and fungicidal and has long been used in India and South
East Asia as a medicine for infectious illnesses and fever.

• Ravensara is one of the most powerful anti infectious - anti viral essential oils on the market. It is the best oil
to use when you have the flu!! May. Invaluable expectorant for respiratory problems including; lung
infections, colds, coughs, and whooping cough. It is an endemic plant of Madagascar, and is referred to as
“the oil that heals”.
Inflamo gel
Anti inflammatory for joint and muscle pain.

Contains:

• Devils claw is named for the miniature hooks that cover its fruit. For thousands of years, the Khoisan peoples
of the Kalahari Desert have used devil's claw root in remedies to treat pain and complications of pregnancy
and in topical ointments to heal sores, boils, and other skin problems. Since its introduction to Europe from
Africa in the early 1900s, dried roots have been used to restore appetite, relieve heartburn, and reduce pain
and inflammation. In fact, mounting evidence suggests that devil's claw root may help relieve pain and
inflammation in people with arthritis and other painful disorders.

• Helichrysum dramatically reduces swelling, bruising & pain of over exerted muscles & joints. It is also an anti-
inflammatory, antiseptic, antimicrobial, antitussive, nervine, astringent, and fungicidal properties. Excellent
for strains, sprains, sore muscles, sports injuries, sciatica, back pain, neck & shoulder tension.

• Chamomile’s use dates back thousands of years to the ancient Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks. Chamomile
has been used to treat a variety of conditions including chest colds, sore throats, abscesses, gum
inflammation, psoriasis, acne, eczema, and muscle spasms. While studies in people are few, animal studies
have demonstrated chamomile's ability to reduce inflammation, speed wound healing, reduce muscle
spasms, and to serve as a mild sedative to help with sleep. Laboratory studies have also shown some
antimicrobial properties, meaning that it may fight against a variety of infections. In Europe, chamomile is
commonly used as a digestive aid, to treat mild skin conditions, menstrual cramps, insomnia, and as an
antispasmodic.

• Frankincense relieves menstrual pains, and treats rheumatic aches and pains. It has also been used
successfully as a sedative and for anxiety, apprehension, fears, nervous tension and stress-related conditions.

• MSM is a source of organic sulphur derived from nature. MSM has many benefits but is mostly used for pain
relief and reduction of inflammation associated with arthritis and a variety of other ailments. Most people
do not eat enough of the proper foods to assure adequate sulphur stores in the body. Most foods today are
over-processed, heated, or just lack adequate amounts of sulphur. MSM supplementation easily and cheaply
provides this important mineral. Use of MSM has been shown to reduce the rigidity of cells in soft tissues of
the body. By reducing this rigidity, fluids are able to pass more freely from the cell and this helps reduce cell
pressure, thereby reducing inflammation and pain.
