They were solved in the same order as you placed them in the archive as I couldn’t find page no.

without the page no. 44 that simply wasn’t there and the information that it was possibly it was
supposed to bring.

SALES MANAGEMENT POSITION

Given the fact that it a hotel with prestige, the applicant should take in consideration that a
simple CV would be by no means sufficient. The requirements are fairly clear: in terms of
education a bachelor degree is mandatory, and in the education section everything related to
marketing, sales and management should be listed. If not, it is strongly suggested that the person
in cause signs up for courses so that he/she could add those in the specific section.

An important point of the CV should be the person skills section, more specifically the
communication competences. As a CV cannot be biased everything related to the candidate traits
should be supported by real life experiences that prove the specific abilities such as: conferences,
meetings and various courses. In this way, the point “critical competences should be fulfilled”

The computer proficiency and second language levels fortunately can be proven by the high
school degrees if the person opted for the respective types of formation. In addition there are
several exams such as Cambridge, IELTS, Delf and ECDL that can prove having a particular
level in that specific skill.

Therefore, I strongly recommend that the person writing his/her CV for this position puts more
accent on the points above discussed.

GENERAL MANAGER
To begin with the employer is has a fairly clear vision of the kind of business he/she would like
to build as he/she is aiming for both diversity and equality. Therefore if you are fortunate to be a
female or part of ANY MINORITY, make sure that you write that down, it is nonetheless a
strong point. You should probably start with that since it is part of the enterprise’s politics.

In the education section you should definitely have a bachelor degree and any kind of activity in
your past that is linked to communication/marketing/management/accounting skills. It is required
10 years of experience in the field. For this, every working experience should be put down, and
in addition the applicant should write down what were his tasks and what were the mechanics
used to complete those. This should show his competences in the fields he worked and
similarities with the job.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

The applicant should do a standard CV, paying attention to write down all his digital and
linguistic competences without omitting to add any communication skills experiences as they
could be useful in the future possible job. No experience in the field is required

SALES SUPPORT

This is a job that requires a standard CV, asking for superior education, good linguistic and
digital competences, some certificates that prove excellent skills would be a great plus. A bit of
experience in the field is required. Knowledge of statistic can be proven if the certain subject was
studied in university and/or the person worked in the economic field. Experiences that show a
good organizer mind should be present in the CV. Also, conferences and presentations should be
added as they are a job requirement.
Task no. 3, p. 47

The CV given as example is lacking a lot of information and at the same time has a number of
irrelevant information about the person the case. To begin with: the gender is not needed, nor is
the marital status as they make absolutely no difference to the employer. The overall aspect of
the CV looks rather unprofessional due to the overuse of fonts; I’d strongly recommend using the
premade Europass CV that has a fairly elegant look. The skills she listed could be considered
subjective because they are not sustained by facts, there are no real experiences typed down, nor
diplomas. She should have started with her education and then approached her traits, because
from experience you acquire skills. The word “remarkable” can never be used in a CV.

Task no. 4, p. 62

I have to pay for my facilities depending on my contracts with the specific companies. However,
for most of them I have to pay monthly.

In all honesty I never know when my bills are due. This is why I ended up downloading a phone
app to remind me to pay for everything, at this point.

I am the diametrical opposite of a shopaholic. Due to this I almost never shop for clothes, shoes
or anything similar. I haven’t bought a CD since I was 8 thanks to the miracle of YouTube and
again the internet provides unlimited written content so paying for it seems a waste to me.

Yes, I like volunteering work in all its forms: either in the shape if giveaway (money of gifts) or
field works. I never give money to beggars as it is a behavior a don’t approve of.

Some of the banks I can think of are: BRD, BNR, CEC, Alpha Bank etc

I am the most familiar with the retail banks since those are the ones focusing on the costumers
(or general public), offering loans, credit cards, and are generally located in accessible areas. I’ve
also encountered the commercial banks that focus mostly on business costumers and the
investment banks. When it comes to the other types of banks, I have only read about them but
was never put in the position of actually educating myself on the matter.

So far we only went to the banks to open deposits and get loans.

No, I only know how the banking sector works in Romania.
