Introduction to Ningbo:

With the abbreviation of 'Yong', Ningbo is located at the middle of the coastline of China’s Mainland.
Covering a total area of 9714 square kilometers. Ningbo lies in the south wing of the Yangtze River
Delta and borders Shanghai and Hangzhou. Ningbo is considered an important port city on the coast
of Southeast China, an economic center in the southern Yangtze River Delta. A renowned national
historical and cultural city and a capital of brands in China. It is also listed among 14 coastal cities in
China's Mainland that opened up to the outside world. It attracts tourists from around the world.
Ningbo is national first e-commerce demonstration city. In 2016, Ningbo's GDP reached 854.11 billion
Yuan. According to resident population, the per capita GDP reached 108.804 Yuan I about USD 16,380
1, the total financial income reached 214.58 billion Yuan The total import and export volume reached
1166.64 billion Yuan. In January 2016, the Comprehensive Experiment Zone of China terlingBen Cross
Border commerce was approved by the Central Government 253 new cross border E-commerce
companies were built in Y2016. Among them. 103 companies were online enterprises The total
quantity of cross border Eicommeice companies reached 825 at end of Y2016. among them. quantity
of on-line company is 295. The total transaction of cross border trade reached 27.01 billion Yuan in
Y2016. it was about 4.0% of city s import and export volume, the increase ratio is 3% than Y2015,
Import amount of cross border E-commerce was 5.36 billion Yuan, which top-ranked nationwide. At
present. NingBo is speeding up the construction of an advanced manufacturing base, a modern
logistics base and an international port city.

The International Designer Products Fair will take cross border commodities trade negotiation,
exhibiting and sale as the main content. Three halls will be used including National Halls, Brand
Commodity Hall, Cross Border E-commerce Hall. Covering the area of 20,000 square meters, the halls
can host 1200 standard exhibition booths.

Scope of Expo:

I. National Hall: New special products of high-quality from different countries.

II. Brand Commodity Hall: Renowned luxury products,women and 1 baby products,fast consumable
products,cosmetics,intelligent household electronic products, healthcare products,relaxation and
recreation products,outdoor and sports products.art products,cultural and innovative
products,imported wine,soft drinks.food, seafood,and special agricultural products.

III. Cross Border E-Commerce Hall: Cross border E-commerce platform corporation, large scale cross
border agents.

How to Get Registered:

The materials required are as follows:

1. Passport photo.

2. The full name of the enterprise.

3. Not less than three product photos.

4. No criminal record/Character Certificate.

5. Business license with official seal.

6. Company dispatch letter.

7. Booth Registration Fee USD 700

 Necessary Materials for Foreign Enterprises:

1. A copy of the full page of each visitor's passport (the passport shall be valid for at least six
months after the entry date, and full page of the passport indicates the two continuous pages of
the passport after being flatted); for foreign visitor with age over 60, Health Guarantee for
Overage Personnel issued by the invitee’s company or the inviting company shall be provided
(see the Table Download for detail).

2. For people apply for visas in a country other than country of his/her nationality, clear copy of
the Residence Permit or Work Visa in the third country shall be provided (exclude conditions
specified by the European Schengen Visa Agreement). Any version in language other than
English shall be translated by qualified translation institution.

3. A clear copy of the visa record and the entry and exit stamps of the F or M class in China in the
last five years (special note: the visa page should be consistent with the relevant passport page.
If there is a visa issue in either old or new passports, it is necessary to provide a clear copy of
the old and new passport, the visa page, and the entry and exit stamp); in case no visa record of
the F or M class in China in the last five years is available, the Letter of Good Conduct certified
by local Chinese embassies and consulates shall be provided, and shall specify the business
transaction and email correspondence record with the invitee in detail.

4. Certificate of employment of the invitee the Dispatch Letter for Visiting China issued by the
inviting company (include but not limited to: address, telephone, email address, legal person
name, signature, date, name of applicant, passport number, date of birth, working time in the
unit, position, and reason to visit China. In addition, it shall be specially indicated in the
Certificate of employment that, the invitee is guaranteed to stay in China legally, and will
return back to the country on schedule). Any version in language other than English shall be
translated by qualified translation institution.

5. Copy of business license of the company of the invitee. In addition, the following material
sham be uploaded to the Visa and Invitation Letter Management System for foreigners coming
to China” for registration. ① HD colored scanning copy of passport of the invitee, visa record
and the entry and exit stamps of the F(or M) class in China, and the Good Conduct certified by
local Chinese embassies and consulates; ②HD colored scanning copy of business license of the
invitee’s company (please specified the name of company in column of “Document Explanation”
under item of “Upload Attachment”.
