Describe the instructional activities that will occur PRIOR to the SRT activity and how you will introduce
the SRT activity.
Instructional activities would include finding reliable sources and looking up new information on Health and
Wellness. These activities will first introduce the concept of the idea to the students. They will learn about
these topics so they can use the Quizlet to learn even more on their own! I will show the activity by sharing
with them that it is important to continue to practice because I will assess what they know after the activity.

Briefly describe what will happen DURING the SRT activity: During the activity, students will use their
laptops, phones, etc. to practice in the many ways Quizlet offers to go over the information. They may work
with partners but once time is up, I will assess what they know.

Why or why not?
Students should know the magnitude of their work. They should know how they are doing. They should know
if they are learning or not in a certain area.
Describe what will happen AFTER the SRT activity?
After the activity, students should know the information in a better way than before. Students will go over
what they know with one another and then there will be an assessment of what they know. They will be
graded and used as quizzes going forward.

How will the data be used? The data from the student’s quizzes will be collected for use. We will use this
data to learn and grow from here. Students that still fail to understand material will need more overview and
need to re-read and re apply themselves to the material. They will be able to keep their quizzes and the
Quizlet itself to work on later for further exams down the road that may have the same information.
Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. My personal learning goal for this standard is to see
how well students respond to information given in many different forms. I want the students to use this as
study guide material given from the teacher so that they learn to make their own Quizlets to use.
Reflective Practice: I feel confident after having created a lesson with this tool. I could have made the
learning segment longer and more challenging in way that they really learn more as opposed to memorizing
information. The further extent of this could be to add on to this by having them create their own to see what
they know. They could then present these to class for them all to use and help one another learn material.
