I.INTRODUCTION

Ara's Flower Shop is the first flower shop established in Barangay


Barcenaga,Naujan.Owned and operated by Arabella A. Familara. The flower shop
offers various kinds of flowers that is suitable for any kinds of occasions. It also offers
special arrangements.
Ara's flower shop aims to provide and present good quality of flowers for the
customers.It aims to give a good quality of service through arrangements and
delivery services.
One of the reasons on its establishment is to satisfy the customers .The owner
believes that the shop will give customer's satisfaction about the products
.Besides,the flower shop will also offer retail products, self-selection ,and self
arrangement .Regarding with the self-arrangement ,the shop will also offer free
tutorial on how to make a simple bouquet of flowers.
Second objective on its establishment is to provide the customer's needs. There
are times and seasons that people are looking for a good quality of flowers for their
special occasions. Flowers are common during February and November and even in
ordinary months ,it is the main reason why the owner decided to established the
business.
The demand of flowers during the month of February,November and even in
ordinary months is very high,that the owner believes that it will bloom faster like a
flower.
II BUSINESS GOALS
Ara's flower shop serves and suits for all kind of occasion. This business will
bloom faster and it will mark in our customer's mind. This business will start from
small stand at small communities, and as this bloom faster the proprietor will expand
and add more braches from other municipalities of Oriental Mindoro especially in the
cities.
This shop offer variety of flowers. For wedding, For any kind of parties, for
special occasions, for special someone and for lovers.
In the operation of the business the shop will hire 2 Flower Arrangers,1
Cashier,1Sales Staff and 1 Delivery man who will be involved in the business.
To add more customers, we accept Special Orders, Product Customization,
Special Arrangements and delivery of our products and discount for big number of
orders. We also accept any kind of payment like cash and through credit car

Table 2 shows the expected population of the Barangay Barcenaga were there
are 14,958 expected populations in the year 2022.The proprietor is looking forward
for this increase in opportunity for the increase in demand for Flower Products.

Shop. However, the Flower Shop also offer special offers.
Aside from various kinds of flowers, Ara’s Flower Shop will also offer different
styles of flower pots, paper wrapper and plastic wrappers for bouquet.

The proprietor will establish her business at the corner of Barcenaga.


This shop is near in populated area and many passers will see this hop.

VI.THE PRICE

As initial price,each product will increase by 20% to 35% of the actual price so
that the expense for production and other expenses will be covered.
Prices for retail products will increase by 20%.
Prices for Bouquet will increase by 25%.
Special arrangements will be increase by 35%.
Tg saud increases are ideal for the shop to earn and to introduce the products to
customers.

VII.PROMOTION

Ara's Flower Shop will attach signage and store label in the front area to let
customers identify and be familiar with the store. Facebook account and website and
considered.
The store will also conduct an opening for the store with free products and
flowers to the first 20 visitors of the store and free special bouquet for the first 10
visitors of the store. For the first customer who will come will receive the special
bouquet of flower worth of ₱ 7,500. And for all attended customers will receive roses
for free.
Websites on Internet and Facebook will be used for promotional strategies to
promote the store and to earn customers.

VIII.THE SALES TARGET

During the operation, Ara’s flower shop will have the daily quota of
₱20,000. This is to cover the expenses on raw materials, salary of the personnel
taxes, promotional expenses, electricity, water and internet connection fees and
transportation expenses.
Average sales every month will be at least ₱600.000 to cover all
expenses. However, if there’s special orders and special arrangements the target
sales of the shop will increased depending on the demand of the products.
During the month of February and November, sales target will be
increased to₱900,000 since the demand of the flowers is high.
