2. Work principle

The instrumentation controls by the microcomputer chip, Matches by

 4. Instrument Use
1. Sample plate: choose the plate by the samples size, put the hole of
the grain fall to aim pipeline then layside tightness with the tight
knob.
2. Set: press power button turn on power. LED display “00000”，press
set button set the counter number, “ up, down “ add and reduces
number, ”left, right “ set number the displacement in position, press
look button, LED show the set number.
3. Automatic correct: In order to confirm the instrument operation the
accuracy. Automatic correct 1, Low frequency. Automatic correct 2,
High frequency. Exp. set number is 1000, press “Automatic correct 1
or”Automatic correct 2”, let the display number up to set
number1000, stop work, it means work normal. If it continue work
after to the set number, it means work abnormal.

4. Zero: when display screen has number, press “zero” button. Display
screen will show “00000”.

5. Count: press “count” button, the instrument start to count.

6. Speed set: it has 1-7 for setting, to set the count speed. I is slowest, 7 is
Quickest, you can change it by different sample.

Instrument whole operation: Installs the instrument, put the sample to the
sample plate, put a container in the exit, set the count number,
press ”count” button, you can set the count speed, when count number to
the set number, the instrument stop work automatic 0 When the second
operation，press ”zero “ button.

5. Matters needing attention

1. Count sample: Because mixes in the seed sample also able to form the
projection in the light pipe to count, so the sample please don’t have mixes.

2. Choose the suitable plate. Because of the correct count requests seed in
a line, fall in turn, fall a grain to have a projection, counts I grain. If plates
track widths are big, two grains of or two grain of above seeds, but forms a
projection on the light pipe, the mistake counts is only 1 grain.

3. Do not put too much sample in plate.

4. Does when willfully counts, the pre-placed value should be bigger than
counts the value.

5. When the work voltage changes, the speed must change.

6. If the machine doesn’t work normal the pressed key does not work and
so on please restarts.

6. Instrument maintenance

1. The starting machine numerical code tube is not bright: check the plug,
