2) A plan was created to change the direction students sit to allow for orderly bus lines, add permanent bus signs, and distribute CHAMPS expectations for dismissal.
3) After implementing the plan and staff meeting, behavior improved significantly with teachers actively monitoring, and dismissal is now quiet and orderly with no safety concerns.
