(1) Excavators fault code 0091-08: throttle position signal anomalies

1.Main Symptom throttle switch must be used to set up an alternate engine speed.

2.Cause: ECM detects the throttle signal frequency is greater than or less than 150Hz 2000Hz
time of 2s.

3. system response: ECM will record fault code, fault code can be viewed on the display module
or .ECM ET throttle position are marked as invalid data.

In one of the following occurs before the recent diesel engine speed to maintain the desired
speed.

a.ECM receive different engine speed signal from the alternate throttle switch.

b. signals from the entry into force of the throttle switch and hold it for 2s or more.

(2) Excavators fault code 0094-03: the fuel pressure sensor and battery positive open circuit,
short circuit

1. main diesel engine shutdown or failure phenomenon is not running.

2. Cause: ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a.ECM read signal voltage higher than 4.8V continued 8s;

. b has at least the power supply of the ECM 2s;

c · 5V sensor supply line and battery positive short-circuit fault code does not currently exist
0262-03;

d.5V sensor power lines and ground short circuit fault code does not currently exist 0262-04;

e. diesel engine is not running or running a diesel engine has been going on for at least 3min.

3. system response ECM will record fault code, fault code can be viewed on the display module
or ET .ECM will

Fuel pressure is marked as invalid data, and the use of 600kPa pressure as the default.

(3) fault code 0094-04: Fuel pressure sensor shorted to ground

1 main diesel engine shutdown or failure phenomenon is not running.

2. Cause ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a · ECM reads the signal voltage higher than 4.8V continued 8s;

. b has at least the power supply of the ECM 2s;

c · 5V sensor supply line and battery positive short-circuit fault code does not currently exist
0262-03;

d.5V sensor power lines and ground short circuit fault code does not currently exist 0262-04;

e · diesel engine is not running or running a diesel engine has been going on for at least 3min.

3. system response ECM will record fault code, fault code can be viewed on the display module
or ET .ECM will

(4) fault code 0100-03: oil pressure sensor and battery positive open / short

1. Main Symptom
a. diesel low power operation.

b. diesel engine speed is reduced.

2. Cause ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a · ECM reads the signal voltage higher than 4.8V continued 8s;

. b has at least the power supply of the ECM 2s;

c · 5V sensor supply line and battery positive short-circuit fault code does not currently exist
0262-03;

d.5V sensor power lines and ground short circuit fault code does not currently exist 0262-04;

e. diesel engine is not running.

(5) fault code 0100-04: oil pressure sensor shorted to ground

1. Main Symptom

a. diesel low power operation.

b. diesel engine speed is reduced.

2. Cause ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a.ECM read signal voltage higher than 0.2V continued 18s;

. b has at least the power supply of the ECM 2s;

c.5V sensor battery positive supply line and short-circuit fault code does not currently exist
0262-03;

d.5V sensor power lines and ground short circuit fault code does not currently exist 0262-04;

e. diesel engine is not running.

3. system response ECM will record fault code, can be viewed on the display module or ET oil
pressure fault code .ECM will be marked as invalid data, and the use of 600kPa pressure as the
