This certificate remains property of DNV GL and can be withdrawn in case of terminations as mentioned in the contract or in case of changes or deviations of the
above mentioned data. Lack of fulfilment of conditions as set out in the Certification Agreement may render this Certificate invalid. The licensee is obliged to
inform DNV GL immediately of any changes. Only an original and signed certificate is valid.
