appropriate online tone and follow policies and procedures. Collaborate with other

 April 2018: Lead Presenter: "Effectively Facilitating Learning Teams in a Distance
Education Environment" at the 2018 Technology, Colleges and Community
Worldwide Online Conference.

 April 2017: Co-presented on “Distracting Distracted Digital Learners” at the 2017


Technology, Colleges and Community Worldwide Online conference. My portion of
the presentation focused on exploring microlearning via an effective use of
screencasting and Remind.com.
 April 2016: Co-presented with colleagues during the 21st annual Technology,
Colleges and Community Worldwide Online Conference, which was selected as
part of a graduate research study on communication and interaction in online
learning communities. Titled “Are we connecting?” my portion of this presentation
focused on the importance of scaffolding in online education.
 Fall 2015: Peer mentor. In this role, I answered peer questions regarding course
instruction and shared my tips and advice for best practices.
 Spring 2015: Civitas Faculty Advisory Board member. Contributed experiences and
feedback related to facilitating ENG/147. Contributions compiled for use in a
faculty toolbox.
