chicken wings recipe

Materials:

1 lb wings
Dip the wings with salted water for 15 minutes and wash it.
5/6 tsp

garlic powder/paste: 1 table spoon


ginger powder/paste: 1 table spoon
red chili: 1/2 table spoon
coriander: 1/3 table spoon
cinnamon, clove powder: 1/4 table spoon
black pepper: 1/2 table spoon
lemon juice: 1/2 table spoon

Methods:
1. Mix all dried spices over the chicken pieces thoroughly for several minutes,
later, add the wet spices and rub well over the wings.
(it is better to use a poly bag for mixing process)

2. keep the wings away for 30 minutes to several hours

3. Spray some black pepper and oil on the tray of wings before putting the tray in
the oven

3. Turn on the oven at 450 F, set the timer for 45 minutes, put the tray in the
oven

4. Brush with BBQ sauce(add some sugar, and oil) after 40 minutes,keep it for 5-10
minutes (depends on what look you want-charred or normal)
Note: You can brush the sauce at the end)

5. After 45-50 minutes it is ready to serve
