Comments: Josh has implemented a new social media management tool for WebStore. He has also
adapted well to using various software applications to create social media posts. He has learned new

Josh is never "off task." He is always working on a current project, working ahead to complete
routine tasks in advance, or researching other methods of communication.

Josh is always respectful and has no trouble interacting with other employees or students in our

Comments:
Josh worked well as the lead on a project that utilized the expertise of others. He received and
considered constructive criticism well and worked to incorporate changes that reflected those
suggestions. The project finished on time and was well executed.

problems. Uses reasoning to analyze issues, make decisions, and overcome problems. Effectively

Comments: Josh has adapted his writing style over the semester to fit the needs of WebStore. I no
longer correct posts for grammar or style. Any corrections now are due to knowledge that is outside
the scope of his position.

Comments: Josh has completed all tasks on time. I believe this is because of his excellent time
management and organizational skills.

Comments: Josh is almost always on time, if not early. All tasks have been completed on time so
far. His final project is cutting it close. However, if it is completed on time and is well done, I will
amend this rating (if that's possible).

knowledge in practice, has the ability to progress towards goals, and overall confidence and sense of
personal ability.

Comments:
Josh has demonstrated his knowledge in communications and social media management well. He
gives ideas and/or researches new things as necessary. He has taken on tasks that required new
software skills. He learned how to utilize the new software quickly and executed those projects well.

goals contracted with you prior to the start of the internship, as well as their observable professional

Comments:
Josh is performing well in his role. He has utilized his strengths to enhance the work he has
done. He has developed new skills in video direction and production which will serve him well.

Comments:
I believe Josh's greatest asset is the ability to adapt well to new tasks. He takes initiative to ask
necessary questions and dives head first into learning new skills to complete assignments.

Area(s) of Improvement: Please comment on if they have made the necessary improvements noted
from the mid-evaluation and on any other suggested area(s) of improvement.
Comments:
I can't think of an area Josh needs to improve. Any score that is not a 4 or 5 is because he is he has
not had the opportunity to complete that particular skill or project.
