Rational Statement:

I am placing my observation under leadership and collaboration, as evidence of continued

mastery. This observation demonstrates how teachers in the same school or district collaborate

on lesson plans and what worked and what did not. In doing so teachers are advance the

profession and ensuring learner growth in the classroom. This artifact can easily fit into my

future as a teacher. Throughout my future teaching career I will have to write lesson plans and

starting out would be more beneficial to the students with help from fellow teachers.
