Friday – February 23, 7:45-8:45am

Making Navyl’s workout plan and simple meal plan. She will hopefully be consuming around 1,400
calories. Didn’t make a meal plan specifically because her mom mainly cooks for her. Her workout
routine is designed to increase overall strength, cardiovascular health, and reduce body fat.

Monday - February 26, 2:30-3:00pm

Navyl’s Training begins and before measurements are taken. Talked further about her goals and role
models as references for desired appearance in the long run.

Tuesday – February, 27 5:00-6:30pm and 7:00-7:30pm

Sat with and discussed Ben and Judah’s meal plan that will last until April 20th. Their plan is an
experiment to see the effects of a low carbohydrate, no grain, and high protein diet. Their desired
affects are to be more “toned”. Also interview with mentor Claire Nagel over the phone.

Thursday – March 1, 6:30-6:45pm

Took before progress pictures of Benjamin and Judah Tate for Portfolio.

Friday - March 2, 8:45-9:30am

Talk to mentor about my project and insight. First one on one training session with Navyl. She didn’t
know how to do a few of the exercises in the program. Showed her proper form for exercises and gave
her some tips on tempo and rest during workouts.

Wednesday – March 7, 8:45-9:30am

Second training session with Navyl. Helped her with finding motivation and worked out with her a little
bit so she felt more comfortable. Found some exercises she didn’t really like.

Thursday – March 8, 6:30-7:30pm

Checking on Tate’s Progress. Weighing them and asking them details on changes they’ve seen.

Lost almost 5 pounds and haven’t felt difference in strength or energy.

Wednesday – March 14, 8:45-9:30am and 2:30-3:00pm

Third training session with Navyl and measurements.

Tuesday – March 20, 6:00-8:00pm

Taking progress pictures for Ben and Judah. Weighed them. Discussed with them about the foods they
are eating and what workouts they have been doing.

Monday - March 26, 8:45-9:30pm

Edited Navyl’s workout plan on my computer making it a ten-week plan for her class.
Saturday – March 31, 12:15-3:00pm

Fourth training session with Navyl. She came over and I showed her how to do the workouts at home
with alternative exercises. Went for a jog as well. Took measurements.

Friday – April 6, 8:45-9:45pm

Fifth training session. This time I observed the twins and their workout program and how they could
improve upon training methods for a more of a fat loss focus.

Wednesday – April 11, 8:45-9:30pm

Sixth training session with measurements.

Friday– April 20, 8:45-9:30pm

Seventh training session with final measurements for Navyl and helping them find motivation.

Monday – April 30, 6:00-8:00pm

Taking final progress pictures with the twins. New strategies to have better picture quality and
appearance.
