1. To ensure individual monthly incentive targets of all Branch Managers and
Team Leader are achieved and also targets for the locations assigned are
achieved.
4. Ensure sales of right product mix to Clients as per Co. Norms thereby
maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index in the region is always high through
after sales service and proper complaint handling.
5. Ensure proper support from key zonal profiles like Zonal Operations, Zonal
HR, Zonal Tele Mgr, Zonal Marketing Manager and Zonal Tele Manager are there
at the concerned branches.
6. Daily and direct follow ups with Branch Managers and Team Leaders reg
business and providing solutions for their queries.
8. Look out for expansion to new viable locations in the Region based on business potential.
9. Ensure Renewal percentage of the branches assigned is not less than 95%.
10. To coordinate and ensure necessary support from Z.O. and H.O. to all locations.

12. Share market intelligence related to competition with Z.O. / H.O. at regular intervals.
13. Track, prepare and submit Monthly reports / MISs of the branches assigned as
required by H.O. on regular intervals.
