A. MANDATORY STRUCTURE
Describe the objectives of the project, which shall be consistent with the aim of the call for
proposals (see chapter 2 of the call).
Please include a description of the activities/type of activities envisaged under each work
package; to this extent, follow the structure given in the template below (see section B.1).
The description should include a high level work plan comprising an estimate and indicative
planning of the various envisaged activities, to the extent this is possible.
i. methods of implementation;
ii. reasons for the proposed methodology;
iii. how the project intends to build on previous activities (where applicable).

- the management structures within the consortium and the mechanisms that will be put
in place to ensure the coordination between the various consortium partners;
- the mechanisms that will be put in place to ensure coordination between the activities
in various work packages;
- description of the process for monitoring the progress of activities across the various
work packages and consortium partners;
- description of the quality control process that will be put in place for checking the
deliverables.
Partner organisations taking part in the consortium shall be listed following the template
structure included in section B.2 below. The level of involvement of the partners in the
consortium should be identified for each work package using the template included in
section B.1 below.
The description of the composition of the team should at least include the names, CVs and
main roles of key resources (i.e. project coordinator and 4 key experts).
For these key resources, please indicate whether they are "internal staff" or "external staff".
"Internal staff" are individuals directly employed by the applicant or partner organisation(s).
"External staff" are external consultants, experts, interim personnel etc. For external staff,
indication should be given on the way of their selection (e.g. through a call for tender).
Please include information on how the proposed outline action plan will improve the overall
situation of the EESSI project and overall capacity of reaching the EESSI objectives.
A.8. Deliverables
The deliverables shall be summarized following the structure given in the attached set of
annexes. The minimum deliverables indicated in the call for proposals should be respected
and where possible, further deliverables should be identified and described in accordance
with the proposed outline action plan.

Explain the transnational dimensions or benefits of the proposed outline action plan and
envisaged activities.
Please describe the possibilities for replication and extension of project outcomes.
Where applicable, please provide information on the sustainability of the proposed actions.
The following aspects of sustainability should be considered:
i. financial sustainability (How will the activities be financed after the EU funding ends?)
ii. institutional sustainability (Will structures allowing the activities to continue be in place
at the end of the present project? Will there be local “ownership” of project
outcomes?)
iii. structural sustainability (What will be the structural impact of the project – e.g. will it
lead to improved methods, procedures etc.?)
