INTRODUCTION
The Anti-Hindi agitations of Tamil Nadu were a series of agitations that
happened in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu (formerly Madras State and part of
Madras Presidency) during both pre- and post-Independence periods

The first anti-Hindi agitation was launched in 1937, in the schools of Madras
Presidency by the first Indian National Congress government

The adoption of an official language for the Indian Republic was a hotly
debated issue during the framing of the Indian Constitution after India's
independence from the United Kingdom

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The researcher tends to find out about the anti hindi agitations in detail. we want
to become fully aware of the causes that led to the filing of the case. we aims at
knowing the opinion of a comman man.

HYPOTHESIS

The assumption made by the researcher is that the case was decided rightly

The researcher has made the following hypothesis ,the validity of which will be
tested by the researcher while performing the research operations

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The researcher will focus causal factors promoting the growth of offences done
by the juveniles. In addition to this we will inquire about the mitigating factors
as well as step taken to heal the society from this socio-legal issue.
The researcher will be collecting valuable data from library which includes the
written works and from the field. All these data will help the researcher to solve
his research problem.

All the books, journals ,articles published in newspapers, bodies ,reports of law
commission and case laws.

The researcher will make use of doctrinal. The doctrinal process includes the use
of literary sources.
