Admission Outpatient Procedure

A. Procedures Outpatient Patient Registration new (General)


1. Patients took the ticket that has been provided attendant.
2. Patients register on the counter (for general patients).
3. Admissions officer asks whether the patient had previously been treated or for the first
time.
4. When patients seek treatment for the first time, the officer noted borrow KTP to facilitate
identity.
5. But if patients do not carry ID cards or that treatment is a child who does not have ID
cards, then the officer conducting interviews.
6. Officers noted that the patient's identity consists of the name, age, gender, address, type
of patient and examination rooms on the medical record file.
7. The clerk put the patient's identity to the computer.
8. Officers make KIB, ticket, as well as recipes.
9. Patients pay a registration fee
10. The clerk gave and remind the patient that this KIB should be taken if the medication
back.
11. The clerk informed patient examination rooms and waiting are welcome.
12. Medical records are stored into the storage box in accordance with the examination room.
13. Officers escorted to the medical record of each examination room.

B. Registration Procedure old Outpatients (general)


1. Patients took the ticket that has been provided attendant.
2. Patients register on the counter (for general patients).
3. Admissions officer asks whether the patient had previously been treated or for the first

4. If it has been treated before, the officers borrowed KIB carried by the patient and the
officers asked the room, where the last patient's treatment.
5. The clerk put the patient's identity to the computer based on the data contained in KIB
(no. Of medical records) and print the ticket along with the recipe to give to the doctor.
6. Patients pay a registration fee.
7. The clerk gave KIB to the patient and informed patient examination rooms and waiting
are welcome.
8. Officers noted in the examination room paper patient prescription (patient examination
rooms are on KIB).
9. The clerk gave a paper prescription to officers distribution / storage.
10. Officers seek medical record file storage contained in the prescription paper.
11. Medical records stored / put into storage boxes according to the examination room.
12. Officers escorted to the medical record of each examination room.

C. Procedure Patient Registration new outpatient JAMKESMAS


1. Patients took the ticket that has been provided attendant.
2. Patients register at the booth (especially for patients jamkesmas).
3. PRJJ officer asking requirements brought about by the patient. And the officers check
these requirements. If the requirement is not yet complete, the patient must complete or if
not then the patient is treated as a public patient.
4. If the requirements are complete, the officers asked the identity of the patient.
5. Officers asked the identity of the patient.
6. The clerk put the patient's identity to computer
7. Clerk made KIB and requirements brought by patients submitted to PT.ASKES officer
who was in the hospital. Officers PT.ASKES make participants validity letter
JAMKESMAS
8. The clerk gave KIB and the validity of the letter JAMKESMAS participants and
reminded that this KIB should be taken if the medication back and explain the importance
of KIB and the validity of the letter JAMKESMAS participants.
9. Officers seek medical record file storage contained in the prescription paper.
10. Medical records stored / put into storage boxes according to the examination room.
11. Officers escorted to the medical record of each examination room.
D. Outpatient Patient Registration longer JAMKESMAS
1. Patients took the ticket that has been provided attendant.
2. Patients register at the booth (especially for patients jamkesmas).
3. JAMKESMAS patient reception clerk asks if the patient had been treated earlier, if it is
then the clerk borrow KIB is carried by the patient. Then the clerk check these
requirements if the requirement is not yet complete, the patient must complete or if not
then the patient is treated as a public patient.
4. If the requirements are complete, the patient waits to get KIB and participants validity
letter from the clerk of PT Askes
5. The clerk put the patient's identity to the computer based on the data contained in KIB
and print the ticket along with the recipe to give to the doctor.
6. The clerk handed the requirements brought by the patient to the officers of PT Askes in
the hospital, officers of PT Askes make participants validity letter jamkesmas
7. Officers make KIB and requirements brought by patients submitted to PT.ASKES officer
who was in the hospital. Officers PT.ASKES make participants validity letter
JAMKESMAS
8. The clerk gave KIB and the validity of the letter JAMKESMAS participants and
reminded that this KIB should be taken if the medication back and explain the importance
of KIB and the validity of the letter JAMKESMAS participants.
9. Officers seek medical record file storage contained in the prescription paper.
10. Medical records stored / put into storage boxes in accordance with the examination room

E. Outpatient Patient Registration through Non Insurance Agency


1. Patients enrolling in a special window Insurance
2. The clerk asks new patients or long and then ask if carry an insurance card or not
3. Patients give insurance card to the officer
4. Officers insurance claim check whether there is balance or not
5. If there are then the officer directly enter patient data into the computer with the patient's
insurance status and made KIB
6. The clerk gave KIB and provide an explanation of the importance of KIB
7. The clerk invited to wait in the waiting room to enter the clinic intended
8. The clerk made a paper prescription to be delivered to the clinic
9. Patients are allowed to enter into the clinic
10. If you've checked your doctor recommends whether the patient needs to be hospitalized
or not
11. If not hospitalized, the patient straight to the till to get a receipt of payment for the claim
to the insurance company
12. RM files are stored in the storage room
13. Patients go home
