GENERAL NOTES

1. VTA means Vendor to verify / to provide the correct name, type, model, or value from required item.
2. All Instruments shall be supplied with a 316 SS nameplate with Instrument Tag No. and Model No. permanently inscribed.
3. All non corrosion resistant parts to be painted with manufacturers standard paint system.
4. Vendor to provide Manual Book (Operating & Maintenance Instructions), Material Certificates, Hydrotest Certificate.
5. Hazardous Area Certificate, Ingress Protection Certificate and Functional Test Certificate.
6. Vendor shall be responsible for correct model selection.
7. Fire safe for all ball valves construction shall comply to BS 6755 Part 2 or API 607/ API 6FA.
8. Valve Position Switch Cables are prefered to 2 cable entry 1/2" NPT-F.
9. Internal design of seats and seal shall be renewable.
10. Vendor to provide limit switch complete with local open/ close indicator.
11. Air filter regulator, solenoid valve, manual reset should be installed on SS 316 plate .
12. The closing time of actuated ball valve shall not exceed 3 seconds plus 1 second per inch of valve size.
13. The opening time is 2 seconds (maximum) per inch of valve size.
14. For Paint and Finish, Refer to Document No. CY3-EC-40-SP-003-A4 General Specification for Painting & Protective Coating.
15. Vendor shall be purpose schematic control / shutdown diagram for approval.
