OPEN PASTURE CRUISE

Every now and then DbH has an Open Invitation cruise where
all makes and models (and guys!) are welcome to come, re-
gardless of club affiliation. Late August in Perth was one of
those cruises. A big thankyou to all who came out despite the “SAVE LAKESIDE” CRUISE ‘n’ SHOW
weather, a safe and fun day was had by all! This cruise was organised by the Save lakeside committee to al-
low people to show their support for the re-opening of Lakeside
Raceway near Brisbane.
A few of the DbH girls headed out on short notice to show their
support. More details on the cruise/raceway can be found here:

Skidpan & Dyno Day, Queensland, Date TBC

QLD are going to be organising a skidpan. It will be a great
day for you to have a play with your car, something which you
don’t generally get to do on the streets (legally anyway).
It is awesome fun… so if you haven’t been, I suggest giving it
a go, no matter what your car is. We are keen to organise a
DbH Dyno Day too. If you know of a venue that would like to
hold this event, please contact Jodie. It will be good to give
our cars a run to see what they are capable of! The event will
be open to all, we hope to get enough numbers to make it
worth while for the business willing to hold the Dyno Day. We
will also organise a BBQ on the day to raise a little money for
the Club Kitty.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA (hsaeran@gmail.com)

Dyno Day, Perth, Late October 2007
You do not have a ‘powerhouse’ of a car to dyno test it. Some-
times it may be nice to know how much power you have
‘stock’, or how much power any new mods have given you!
Or just come along and watch some awesome cars show their
stuff. The dyno day will be open to all cars (fwd, rwd & awd)
and clubs, so come down and meet some new people in the
scene.

DbH Social Day, Scitech Speed Science. 6th October

This is going to be a fun filled random day where we change
tyres under “FormulaOne” conditions, race against eachother
and just learn new things, about motorsport and speed.
2pm meet. Entry $14
