1 Acetaminophen Acetaminophen is occasionally

oral cephalosporin bactericidal
against susceptible bacteria
CONTRAINDICATION DOSAGE
Acetaminophen is 15 mg/kg PO q8h
contraindicated in cats at any
dosage. Severe
methemoglobinemia, hematuria,
and icterus can be seen.
The theophyllines are Aminophylline 4-8
contraindicated in patients who mg/kg IV or IM, or
are hypersensitive to any of the 6-10 mg/kg PO

treatment of oral, esophageal,
gastric, and duodenal ulcers. It

prevent drug-induced (e.g.,
aspirin) gastric erosions, but
