GOAL

User is unable to see Expenses in Navigator of ATKhomepage to perform expenses activities.

SOLUTION

1. Create an employee as new hire. Provide the Expense account details.

Provide the expense related roles to the employee and Submit.

2. At this point, user will receive an email with a userid and default password. When user login to the ATKhome page, user will be redirected to the self service page of OIM
application, where user is prompted to change the password.

3. If you don't see the user created from step1, from OIM, run the job: “LDAP User Create and Update Full Reconciliation’

4. In OIM, search for the userid, check if roles created in step1 exists else assign the roles.

5. Also in OIM, check if user's employee number is populated with Person ID value.

6. Login to Fusion application with new userid which is created in step2.

7. Now, you will be able to view the Expenses in Navigator and able to access Expense activites as per Roles assigned.
